Bobens case

Comrade,

           I am enclosing an attachment regarding Bobens statement- on the assumption that Boben has not received the copy of the complaint letter,the party has only complained to the senior divisional manager and other authorities,it is on the basis of the request by the BM that Boben has made this statement. Therefore the statement is prepared based on the factual situation.

   Changes can be made in this statement if it is unsatisfactory. ,
